Conditions for Requesting OpenSees Consultation<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>\n\n

  1. Currently, the hourly cost for sessions is 2,000,000 IRR, which amounts to 2,650,000 IRR for a 1 hour and 20-minute session. Once the session’s initial time is scheduled, you must finalize the booking by paying the session fee no later than 24 hours before the session.<\/li>\n\n
  2. To ensure the quality of the training and alignment with your needs, the first 15 minutes of the session are offered free of charge. If you decide to discontinue during this time for any reason, the full amount you paid will be refunded within an hour. If the session proceeds, this time will be included in your session’s total duration.<\/li>\n\n
  3. Sessions will be conducted via a shared link in platforms such as Skyroom, Google Meet, or Skype, depending on the circumstances. These platforms enable screen sharing for both parties. Your internet connection should have a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 1 Mbps. To test your connection, you can use www.SpeedTest.net<\/a>. Additionally, before the session, check your microphone settings using appropriate software, such as the voice recorder in Windows.<\/li>\n\n
  4. You can record the session using screen recording software like Snagit, allowing you to revisit explanations and workflows later. However, these recordings are strictly for your personal use, and the rights to distribute or reuse the session content remain exclusively with OpenSees House.<\/li>\n\n
  5. Please email your files in advance to OpenSeesHouseInfo@gmail.com<\/a> so they can be downloaded and reviewed by the instructor before the session to optimize time management.<\/li>\n\n
  6. Due to the research-based nature of the topics and the necessity of trial and error in some cases to find the best solution, predicting the time required to achieve your final goal is either impossible or highly challenging. Therefore, OpenSees House cannot commit to achieving the goal within a specified timeframe.<\/li>\n\n
